1. Agar Agar Peel Off Mask | For Glowing Skin


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon agar agar powder

  • 1 capsule of activated charcoal

  • ½ cup of water

How to prepare it

Boil the water in a pan. Transfer it to a glass bowl and mix the agar agar powder. Add the activated charcoal to it and mix well. Let it cool down a bit (check your heat tolerance). Apply all over your face, avoiding the delicate area around your eyes and let it dry. Peel the mask off and wash your face with lukewarm water to remove any remains. Apply your moisturiser.


2. Flaxseed Face Mask | For Firming and Toning Your Skin


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

  • 3 tablespoons water

How to prepare it

Pour water into a glass container. Add the ground flax seeds and stir for a few seconds. Let them soak for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the mixture will attain a slimy consistency (like egg white). At this point, stir it once again. Use a cosmetic brush to spread the mask all over your face, except for the delicate area around your eyes. Let it dry completely. Wash it with warm water followed by cold water. Follow up with your moisturiser.


3. Vegan Charcoal Mask | For Purifying In-depth Your Skin


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon activated charcoal powder

  • 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel

  • 1 drops tea tree essential oil

  • 2 Lavender essential oil

  • 2 geranium essential oil

How to prepare it

Mix the activated charcoal and aloe vera gel in a glass bowl. You may adjust the quantity of the gel to better suit your needs. Add the essential oil and mix to form a paste. Use a brush to apply the mixture on your face and let it dry. Wash it with warm water followed by cold water. Follow up with your face serum and moisturiser.


4. Blue Face Mask | For Hydrating Your Skin

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ¼ cup of soy yoghurt

  • 6-7 blueberries

How to prepare it

Blend the oats in a food processor for a few minutes. Transfer the oats to a glass bowl and add yogurt to it. Mash the blueberries and add to the oats and yogurt mix. Mix well and apply the mask to your face and neck. Let it stay for at least 20 minutes or until it dries completely. Rinse with lukewarm water dry it and press lightly with your fingertips. Apply your face serum and moisturiser.


5. Cucumber Face Mask | For Cooling Your Skin


Ingredients

  • ½ cucumber (grated)

  • ½ lemon squeezed

  • 2-3 mint leaves

How to prepare it

Take the grated cucumber in a glass bowl. Crush the mint leaves and add to the cucumber. Squeeze the juice from the halved lemon into the mint-cucumber mix. Combine all the ingredients well. Use a cosmetic brush to apply this cooling mixture on your face. Let it stay for at least 20 minutes. Once it is dry, clean your face with cold water.


6. Avo-Nana Face Mask | For Nourishing Your Skin


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mashed avocado

  • 1 tablespoon mashed ripe banana

  • 1 teaspoon jojoba oil

  • 1 teaspoon orange juice

How to prepare it

Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl. Spread the mask evenly on your face. Leave it for 15-20 minutes or until it dries. Wash with cold water, once is dry press lightly with your fingertips. Spritz toner on your face and follow up with your moisturiser.

7. CCO Face Mask | For Rejuvenating Your Skin


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ground coffee beans

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon ground oatmeal

  • Coconut milk (enough to prepare a paste)

How to prepare it

Add all the dry ingredients to a glass bowl and stir. Add coconut milk to the bowl. Adjust the quantity to give it a paste-like consistency. Use a cosmetic brush to apply the face mask. Leave it for at least 20 minutes or until it dries. Wash your face with lukewarm water. Follow up with your moisturiser.

8. Bent-Oats Face Mask | For Fighting Your Skin Acne


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon bentonite clay

  • 1-2 tablespoons water (adjust the quantity accordingly)

  • 1 tablespoon ground oats

  • 1 drops tea tree essential oil

  • 1 drop Lemon essential oil

  • 1 drop lavender essential oil

  • 1 drop palmarosa essential oil

How to prepare it

Add the clay and oatmeal in a glass bowl. (Avoid using metal bowls when working with clay.) Add water to the mixture - enough to make a paste - and combine. Add the essential oils and mix again. Apply the face mask and let it stay for 15 minutes. Once the mask is dry, use a wet cotton musline to clean it gently. Wash your face with lukewarm water followed by cold water. Spray your toner on your face and then apply your moisturiser.


9. Banana And Turmeric Face Mask | For Revitalising Your Skin


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mashed ripe banana

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder

How to prepare it

Mix the mashed banana and turmeric in a glass bowl. Add the baking soda and combine. Apply the mask over your face and let it dry. Wash with lukewarm water, once dry press lightly with your fingertips.
